Roast beef and dieting
Instructions
Prepare a mixture with garlic, Sage and Rosemary, pour it into a bowl and add a 6 tablespoons raw olive oil and salt.
Mix well.
You will be provided meanwhile to bring the oven to 200 degrees and place the meat (without any seasoning, nor even the salt).
Hold for 20 minutes, if you like, classically, the blood.
Turn off the oven and removed the meat, close the oven door to keep the temperature.
Brush the meat with the chopped aromatic and put it back in the oven for a few minutes (without restarting).
