Pork roll with nettle
Instructions
Boil nettles and pass it in a pan with oil and chopped onion.
Spread the bacon and put in order: slices of grilled ham, salami and finally nettles brush up in the Pan, putting at the Centre the carrots.
Roll up and tie with string, season the pork rind with Rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and cook in the oven at 200 degrees.

- 1500 g of fresh pork bacon with rind
- 300 g of nettle
- Some slices of grilled ham
- Some slices of salami
- 2 carrots
- Garlic
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
