Grilled salmon
Instructions
Rinse the fish slices and let drain for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a vinaigrette with olive oil extra-virgin, lemon juice, pepper, salt and add the chopped parsley and garlic.
Immerse the fish and turn it using a fork.
Then, drain them, a grid and red-hot arrostitelo for a few minutes on both sides.
Serve hot immediately.
