Marinated salmon
Instructions
Clean a salmon of approx.
1000 g and cut it lengthwise.
Fold over and are stuffed with 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 100 g chopped fresh dill.
Wrap the salmon in foil and let it marinate for 2 days in the refrigerator.
Then wash, dry and peel the salmon, slice it thinly and season with lemon juice.
Serve with slices of toasted bread and butter.

- 1 1000 g salmon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 100 g of chopped fresh dill
- Lemon juice
- Some of slices bread
