Instructions

Leave In a saucepan melt the butter, add the Saffron diluted in a cup of hot fish stock, flour and a pinch of salt.

Mix carefully and dilute the mixture by pouring a glass wire of lukewarm broth.

Let simmer covered for 15 minutes.

Withdrawn from heat, adjust salt if necessary.

Decorated with the stigmas.
