Instructions
Work the ricotta with a fork; Add the lemon juice and mustard, salt and pepper.
Beat egg whites until foamy and stir gently to the sauce.
You can serve it with cucumber, mushrooms, leeks, asparagus, celery, turnip, cauliflower, etc.

- 5 teaspoons of strong mustard
