Sausages and turnips
Instructions
Cut the sausage into small pieces and fry them in a pan without seasoning with the garlic and Rosemary.
When I take them and their coloured fat of cooking add the sliced turnips.
Adjust moderation salt and pepper.
Cover the Pan and cook for about half an hour.
If turnips be a little watery, remove the lid and let it dry.
Add the sausage and leave on the fire for a few minutes so that all the ingredients marinate well.
Place the mixture on a serving dish and serve immediately.
