Fried sardines
Instructions
Clean the sardines, remove the heads and Central plugs without splitting the fillets.
Wash them and keep them for 30 minutes covered in salted water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Beat eggs and stir in chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
Drain and dry them, put them in a veil of flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
FRY in plenty of oil.
Drain and serve hot.

- 16 fresh sardines
- 2 eggs
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
