Clean, open, de-boned sardines.
So prepare to costolettina place in layers in a saucepan by putting between layer and a layer of chopped leaves of Rosemary and garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 10 minutes; squirt with a spoonful of vinegar and finish cooking for another 10 minutes.
These tasty sardines are eaten cold.
Excellent as an appetizer.
