Sardines in oil for Starter
Instructions
Remove the sardines from the box, drain without breaking them and place them at the wheel on a round serving dish.
At the Centre of the plate place the chopped onions; capers and chopped hard-boiled eggs into wedges.
Sprinkle the sardines with lemon juice and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Do lightly toast slices of bread, cut them to form triangles, place them on a dish and cover with a towel.
Put another saucer butter and bring it all together at the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 box of sardines in olive oil (400 g)
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 2 hard-boiled eggs cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon of chopped capers
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 10 slices of toasted sliced bread
- 30 g of butter curls
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
