Sardines with artichokes
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and place them in water acidulated with lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Clean the sardines, remove head, wash and dry them.
Make a chopped with garlic and parsley.
In a greased baking have a layer of sardines and cover them with the chopped, a handful of breadcrumbs and a drizzle of olive oil; make another layer of sardines, mince, breadcrumbs and oil.
Cover with artichokes, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 700 g of fresh sardines
- 500 g of artichokes
- Parsley
- Breadcrumbs
- Lemons
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
