Scaloppine with zucchini sautéed with garlic beer
Instructions
Cook the onion in julienne over low heat with oil, then add the meat, salt, pepper and add the beer.
Sauté the garlic, then add the zucchini julienne, basil, salt, pepper and cook with Zucchini crisp.
Serve the meat with courgettes dusted with chopped parsley.
