Scallops in Sauce (Scaloppine in Salsa)
Instructions
Wash and bone the anchovies.
Prepare a mixture with the anchovies, garlic, capers, fegatino, ham and a few leaves of Sage.
Salt and dilute the mixture with the lemon juice and 4 tablespoons oil.
Pour it into a pan, let it warm up then merge the meat slices and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.

- 500 g of veal slices
- 50 g of ham
- 1 chicken fegatino
- 2 salted anchovies
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some leaves of sage
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
