Scallops in sauce
Instructions
Prepare the sauce: in a saucepan, place half the butter, olive oil, chopped parsley, anchovy disbanded, brandy, ground pepper and crushed garlic.
Open the shells, remove the molluscs (walnuts) and eggs (Coral): wash repeatedly under running water, separate, remove the membrane fine and dry.
Wash well and dry shells.
Grease the shells and put nuts and corals, and organized.
Melt the remaining butter in a small saucepan and brush the mollusks.
Place the shells in the oven already warm (250 degrees) for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, put the saucepan on the stove with the ingredients for the sauce.
Do heat and stir constantly.
Remove the shells from the oven and pour in a little sauce.
Bake for a few minutes and serve.

- 8 scallops
- 60 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 anchovies in olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of brandy
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Salt
