Cuttlefish of nostromo
Instructions
Clean and boil in lightly salted boiling water, then shrimp sgusciateli.
Clean, wash under running water and dried cuttlefish; separate bags by tentacles.
Prepare the filling by dicing the tentacles, capers, garlic, peeled tomato and stripped of seeds, the crumb of bread softened in milk and squeezed, three tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
With this dough stuffed cuttlefish, and then close the opening of the bag with a stick or wire.
In a saucepan, then heat a few spoonful of oil, then you blast the shrimp and then lay the cuttlefish, salted and wet after a few minutes with the brandy.
Cook over low heat and covered pot for about half an hour, if it was necessary with warm water or broth, then serve.
