Stewed cuttlefish
Instructions
FRY in a saucepan 5 tbsp.
olive oil extra virgin, garlic, peas, washed and drained, cuttlefish, cut into pieces, the potatoes which are cut to pieces.
Wet with wine and Brown well.
Add the tomatoes and salt.
When the cuttlefish and the potatoes will turn soft and serve with a handful of chopped parsley.
Serve with polenta.

- 1000 g of cuttlefish
- 6 potatoes
- 1 box of peas
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
