Cuttlefish gourmet
Instructions
Clean the cuttlefish thoroughly, wash them carefully and dry them on absorbent paper.
Prepare a mixture with scraps of squid, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Stir well and using a spoon, fill with the mixture.
Meanwhile, grease a baking dish with oil and let it heat up slightly at low heat, then place the stuffed cuttlefish, and drizzle with olive oil and dry white wine.
Cover with aluminum foil and let them simmer until sweet, punzecchiandole with a toothpick, the flesh is tender.
Finally, let cool and serve.
