Instructions
Brown the crushed garlic with 4 tablespoons oil.
Wash, dry and coat the cuttlefish.
Remove the garlic from the Pan and add the cuttlefish, brown them, wet them with wine and lower the heat.
Slice the onions and veil make them wither in a little oil, add chopped gherkins and olives and season a few minutes.
Pour the chopped cuttlefish on, continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 2 onions
- 15 green olives
- 4 pickles
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- White wine
- Flour
- Olive oil
