Swiss chard and cheese flan
Instructions
In a saucepan, Brown the garlic in a little oil and remove it; Add the Swiss chard, season with salt and let simmer without adding water.
Pass the ricotta through a sieve; Mix 3 egg yolks, grated cheese, bread crumbs, crushed and squeezed cold Greens.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Mix the rest in a baking sheet greased with oil and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

- 300 g of ricotta
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
