Puffs
Instructions
Dilute the flour with warm water: make sure that the batter is semi-liquid.
Add the egg yolks, sugar, raisins soaked and squeezed, the zest and liqueur.
Mix well, add the whipped egg whites.
In a skillet heat olive oil; pour the mixture in spoonfuls, Brown on both sides; deposited the puffs on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Serve lukewarm.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of flour
- 80 g of sugar
- 50 g of sultanas
- 5 eggs
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 dram of marsala wine
