Seafood spaghetti
Instructions
In a Pan fry in olive oil extra virgin the crushed garlic and chilli, when is hot dip the Octopus and FRY.
Wet with wine, add the tomatoes, cover with the lid and cook for 35 minutes.
Cut Octopus into small pieces and put it in the sauce.
Cook the spaghetti and toss with the sauce, the polyp and a handful of chopped parsley.
Unsalted Octopus.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 800 g of polyp
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Hot pepper
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
