Golden Spaghetti (Spaghetti Dorati)
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti.
Beat the cream with the egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of parmesan and saffron do warm up the cream in the butter, add drained noodles.
Season a few minutes and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 40 g of butter
- 25 cl of cooking cream
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
