Instructions
It makes a pesto with half an onion, half a carrot and a stick of celery (more or less for four people or three meals).
You put in a pan with a little oil and butter, you do spend (up that takes a bit of color and infiappisce), then you add 3-4 hg of beef cut into pieces and a glass of white wine.
Taste when it is almost cooked and add 2-3 always chopped potatoes, a glass of water if there is little sauce, a tablespoon of preserves and some nut.
Pepper and salt can be added at will.
Finish cooking.
