Instructions
Saute oil with the chopped onion, celery, carrot and bacon.
Combine the meat, cut into small pieces, add the tomato sauce, garlic, the bouquet of thyme and Bay leaves, and let basking on a low flame for 20 minutes.
Combine the potatoes peeled and cut into cubes, cover with water, add salt and finish cooking slowly in covered container.
