Seitan stew
Instructions
Fry an onion and a half carrot.
Then take a nice touch of seitan (it is already ready in stores in large supermarkets or organic-if possible take the kamut seitan that tastes delicious), cut into small cubes and add it to your cooking didn.
Do a little Brown and then add 5 handfuls of peas (fresh if possible).
Add salt, add a tear of curry that gives a touch of the exotic.
Serve hot.
Seitan is the protein portion of wheat gluten is extracted from the (obviously not a food for coeliacs) and is lightweight.
As an accompaniment a good Tuscan red and wood-baked bread.
