Seafood skewers
Instructions
Remove pepper seeds, blanche for 3 minutes and cut into pieces.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade, add the shrimp and baby squid and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Drain, reserving the marinade sauce.
Insert the pieces of fish in 6 skewers, alternating with vegetables and pineapple.
Cook the skewers on the plate, or grilled for about 10 minutes, making sure the fish is thoroughly cooked.
During cooking turn over the skewers, innaffiandoli with the marinade.
You can serve it with steamed rice.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 6 shrimps and with tails
- 350 g of moscardini
- 12 round tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 200 g of diced pineapple
- 1 onion cut into 6 wedges
- For the marinade:
- 1/2 cup of dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of crushed sesame seeds
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
