Skewered sea tarragon
Instructions
Clean the cuttlefish, moscardini and scallops, wrap them in slices of bacon.
Stick the ingredients on skewers alternating 4.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the skewers turning them until they get from all sides, wet with a small glass of Cognac, keepn, add some chopped tarragon leaves and a tablespoon of pepper.
Add salt, Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
