Instructions
Sauté in a pan the rather large cloves garlic crushed.
Remove and place the sea bass.
Cook the fish on both sides and add the white wine.
Add the crushed tomatoes, chopped parsley and 1/2 glass of warm water.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover the saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
Roofless and let evaporate high heat.
Finish with chopped parsley.
