Instructions

Boil cod in salted water and flavoured with onion, celery and a few grains of pepper.

Leave it to drain and put it in the blender with a little oil and garlic, operate the mixer and add to the rest of the oil.

Always blending combine salt and pepper.

Transfer cod mousse into a large bowl and serve with the toasted bread.
