Stracciatella rice, clams and shrimp
Instructions
Cook rice in broth.
After 10 minutes add frozen clams, after 15 minutes the shrimps and after 17 minutes the beaten eggs, chopped parsley and white wine.
Serve immediately and sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.

- 100 cl of broth
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of clams
- 100 g of shrimp
- 150 g of rice
- Chopped parsley
- Parmigiano
- 1/2 cup of white wine
