Bean stew
Instructions
Drain beans and keep some of the liquid.
Cut peppers into chunks and chop garlic and onions.
Put 5 tablespoons oil in a large frying pan, add the peppers and chopped, paprika and a pinch of salt.
Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add beans with their liquid and cook for 30 minutes.
Drain the corn, add it to the beans and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

- 300 g of white beans canned spain
- 500 g of peppers
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g of canned corn
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
