Beans "Alla Pizzaiola"
Instructions
Put the shelled beans into a pot, pour so much water just enough to be covered by at least three fingers, add a stick of celery, three Sage leaves, garlic and two pinches of salt.
Bring to a boil and immediately attenuated the flame.
Cook doing simmer for an hour.
Drain them on a serving plate and keep aside to warm.
In a pan left melt a knob of butter, add the tomato sauce and celery cut into thin slices.
Please narrow down and pour the sauce over the beans.
Add salt and pepper, stir, add a little chopped parsley and serve.
