Morsels of veal with prosciutto and peas
Instructions
In a casserole previously brought to room temperature as described in the General instructions.
Insert the pieces of veal and fry them on both sides; Add the diced ham, finely chopped tomato, peas, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in slow cooker for about 20 minutes, uncovered, adding if necessary a ladle of water.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of skinny calf pulp into small pieces
- 1 slice of ham (slices 200 g cubed)
- 1 box of peas
- 1 ripe tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
