Curried noodles and red wine
Instructions
Cut the pancetta into cubes and Brown it in oil and butter.
Pour the wine and let evaporate high heat.
When the wine is reduced by about half, add the curry; Let thicken the sauce by adding the cream.
Mix for a few minutes and keep the sauce warm.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and let them jump with the sauce, adding a dash of wine.
Do not add cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of pasta fresh egg noodles type
- 150 g of bacon
- 1 glass of robust red wine
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped onion
