Artichoke tray
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut in half.
Put them in a pan with oil, half a glass of water, salt and pepper and cook them.
Drain and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
Mix together Parmesan, chopped garlic and parsley and sprinkle with chopped artichokes.
Pass them in a hot oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.

- 12 artichokes
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped parsley
