Tiella of potatoes and anchovies
Instructions
Clean and bone the anchovies, wash them and dry them at a time flat on a cloth.
In a pan greased with oil have thinly sliced potatoes and garlic cut into strips; salt and give a mixed.
Above the potatoes have the open anchovies and chopped tomatoes in half, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle of oregano, drizzle with the oil and put in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

- 600 g of fresh anchovies
- 4 potatoes
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Oregano
- Salt
