Tiella of potatoes and codfish au gratin
Instructions
Soak the codfish for 3 days.
Split it into 4 and FRY in oil.
In a pan place the potatoes (sliced, seasoned with garlic, parsley, pepper) then pecorino cheese, onion, sliced, codfish and parsley, garlic and pepper.
Repeat and end with the tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and little water; Bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle on crumbled crumbs with salt, pepper, olive oil and bake in the oven.
