Grilled tuna (2)
Instructions
Peel the tomatoes and chop them with the onion, garlic and basil.
Season with salt and add the oil.
Cook the slices of tuna on the grill for 15 minutes rigirandole a couple of times.
Arrange them on a serving dish, top with the sauce and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of fresh tuna (sliced from 200 g)
- 8 perini tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 slices of onion
- 12 leaves of basil
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
