Tuna with potatoes
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cook them for 30 minutes in salted water.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, sauté the garlic with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Before browned add the tomato pulp, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Combine the tuna, spray it with a little wine and turn up the heat for a while.
When the potatoes are cooked, drain and cut into pieces and stitch them together with tuna.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and oregano and cook for 5 minutes.

- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 4 potatoes
- 200 g of tomato pulp
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Oregano
- Little of dry white wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
