Marinated tuna
Instructions
Prepare a marinade with 1/2 chopped onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and place the tuna steaks for 1 hour.
Drain, flour and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
Separately fry the rest of the onion and chopped anchovies, add the wine and 2 tablespoons of vinegar and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour this into the pan with the sauce and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

- 8 slices of tuna
- 1 onion
- 4 anchovies
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 lemons
- Flour
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Little of olive oil
