Swiss chard tart
Instructions
Form a dough consisting of amalgamating the flour, two tablespoons of olive oil, a little water and salt.
Divide it into two parts and let it rest covered for about an hour.
Wash the spinach, remove the bottom, cut them into strips and boil for two minutes in salted water.
Allow to cool and squeeze with the help of a cloth.
Then saute the chopped onion in the oil, add the Chard and salt, Cook for about 6-7 minutes.
Prepare two sheets and after being anointed, try placing a on the bottom of a baking pan previously soaked with a thin layer of oil.
Pour the filling cold now, and spread the quagliata, sprinkle with salt and cover with another puff.
Close the squares around to form a rim.
Bake in oven at medium heat (160 degrees) for 40 minutes.
