Hazelnut broccoli pie
Instructions
Mix well all ingredients by whisking, except broccoli.
Line with parchment paper a pan about 20 cm in diameter.
Roll out the dough on bottom and sprinkle rosettes of broccoli, lightly press down on the dough.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

- 80 g of lean curd
- 40 g of blanc battu (lean fresh cheese curd)
- 20 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 10 g of grated hazelnuts
