Artichoke pie
Instructions
Clean, cut into wedges and soak the artichokes.
Chop parsley, onion and saute in a tablespoon of oil, then add the artichokes.
Mix everything with cheese, marjoram leaves, breadcrumbs soaked in milk and 4 eggs.
Make a dough with flour.
