Tuscan pork chops
Instructions
In a pan add the oil with garlic and fennel seeds, then do Cook the braciole: Add the tomatoes peeled and cut into small cubes, salt and pepper.
Cook the meat for 30 minutes turning occasionally.
Clean cabbage, hold aside a few whole leaves for garnish, chop the remaining mix to meat and ten minutes before removing from heat.
Passed on a serving dish, decorated with cabbage leaves and serve with boiled beans, seasoned with olive oil.

- 6 perini tomatoes
