Instructions
Peel pears and cut into slices.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour, raisins washed in hot water and dried milk, pears and lemon zest.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking tray and bake in moderate heat for about 45 minutes.
Unmold the cake and icing sugar spolverizzarlo.
