Fish cake
Instructions
Mix 200 g of flour of wheat and 200 g of rye flour.
Machine with 2 cups of water, 50 g of melted butter and 1 pinch of salt to get a soft dough by level into an oval shape with a thickness of 1 cm.
On one half of the dough to have 600 g fillets of fish (whitefish, perch, trout, tench, carp, Pike, etc.
) along with 200 g of sliced bacon.
Add salt, close the dough, saldarne edges and bake the cake for 3 hours in the oven at 100 degrees.
