Shrimp pie
Instructions
Clean the herbs and scottatele for a few minutes in boiling salted water, then drain and dry well.
Boiled shrimp, also sgusciateli and various privatel of devein black along the back.
Finely chop Basil with pine nuts and garlic.
Passed to the mixer the ricotta with the eggs, salt and pepper, then add the shrimp, parmesan and Basil mixture and mix well.
Round mould lined with greaseproof paper, then imburrerete, cover the bottom and sides with the herbs, pour in the mixture and bake in the oven at 200 degrees already warm for about 30 minutes.
Serve the tart warm or warm as desired.
If during cooking the surface tends to darken too much, cover it with aluminum foil.
