Shrimp provencal
Instructions
Wash the shrimp, put them in a baking dish, one beside the other, and drizzle with oil; Sprinkle garlic and basil, finely chopped, cover with white wine and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Cook over moderate heat for 6 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from the heat, sprinkle them with copious amounts of breadcrumbs and place them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

- 1000 g of cicale di mare (shrimp)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of basil
- 25 cl of white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Breadcrumbs
