Instructions
Take two cucumbers, Peel, get them to heavy hitters and put them in robots.
Chop for half a minute, then put the mixture in a fine mesh strainer for about ten minutes, you lose a little liquid.
Pour into a Bowl by combining two yoghurt jars (preferably Greek, also made with the cream), a couple of cloves of garlic chopped, well a little olive oil, mint, fresh if possible.
Refrigerate and serve cold.

- 2 cucumbers
- 2 jars of yoghurt
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- Little of olive oil
- Fresh mint
