In a saucepan melt butter and when it foams, but hasn't browned, sgusciatevi eggs mixing them.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook over moderate heat for 5-6 minutes, place on serving dish, cover with thin slices of black truffle cut at the moment and serve immediately.
